Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple systems that deliver essential services such as heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, steam, or electricity to the facility.
  • Monitor and analyze readings from gauges, meters, and charts that reflect various operational parameters.
  • Adjust system controls to ensure safe and efficient performance while meeting service demands.
  • Document operational data in logs to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that engines, machinery, and equipment are kept in optimal working condition.
  • May oversee and coordinate the activities of other personnel involved in operating and maintaining the systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested related to the position.

Additional Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must hold a Maryland 1st Class Engineer's license.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facility maintenance operations and equipment is essential.
  • Must possess and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
