About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and patients through personalized communication and care
  • Assist with scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes to ensure seamless client experience
  • Triage incoming cases and facilitate client transactions, including explaining financial options
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
