Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and their pets through exceptional customer service and communication
  • Answer multi-line phone system and assist with scheduling
  • Assist clients at check-in and check-out, and triage incoming cases
  • Facilitate client transactions and explain financial options
  • Additional responsibilities as needed or assigned
Requirements:
  • Friendly, detail-oriented, and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations with sensitivity and tact
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience required; veterinary experience ideal
