Director of Sales and Business Development

i-Tech Security and Network Solutions is a leading provider of low voltage and physical security installations and services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on immediate responses and same-day resolution to critical and emergency issues.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies that align with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in executing strategic sales and business development priorities for the business.
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of RMR plans.
- Manage marketing plan.
- Conduct market research, define target markets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day sales activity to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics to align with revenue and profit targets, sales strategy, and quotas.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and service leaders to provide sales support that fosters growth and customer retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Manage sales team commissions.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
- Maintain and share professional/industry knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Requirements:
- License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in business development/sales management.
- Skills: Ability to manage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; problem-solving; ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
- Certifications: Not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100,000-125,000 annual base salary
- Performance-based incentives and sales commissions
