Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down the sales floor, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support growth and career development.
  • Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and exert up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting.
  • Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
