About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a clinic setting. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete clinical documentation and review treatment data to make necessary modifications
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Deliver parent training sessions to client caregivers
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Competency working with both behavior reduction and skill acquisition
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
  • Experience providing supervision to RBTs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check
