Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in all facets of renovation projects, including but not limited to demolition, abatement, layout, clearances, door/hardware installation, and interior finishing.
  • Assess compliance of workmanship, materials, equipment, and installed systems with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Possess a solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Familiarity with various fields including environmental, civil, safety, architectural, and structural disciplines.
  • Knowledge of three-phase inspections, construction project management timelines, and safety protocols such as OSHA and EM-385-1.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Must be a Registered Architect.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the construction sector, ideally within Government Construction or Renovation projects.
  • Must be eligible for a security clearance.
