Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team at Luxus. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our multifamily housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of multifamily housing projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and functionality.

  • Collaborate with our project team to develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our design and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily housing.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in designing large-scale multifamily projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

  • Five or more years of experience managing a project team, with a strong ability to lead and motivate others.

  • A minimum of 5 years as a licensed architect, with a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

  • Strong proficiency in relevant architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance design aesthetics with technical functionality and constructability.

  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible projects.
