- Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of our associates, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on production, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and associates, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that our department is operating efficiently and effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
