POSITION TITLE:
IT Site Lead/Manager



LOCATION:
Remote

COMPENSATION RANGE:
$75-82 per hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in IT management roles, ideally within a service delivery or contractual framework.
In-depth technical understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support methodologies.
Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and executive leadership.
Proven track record in team management, task prioritization, and resolving intricate challenges in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices is advantageous but not essential.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) are preferred but not mandatory.

POSITION SUMMARY:
IT Contract Site Lead.

The IT Contract Site Lead will oversee a team of IT specialists, ensuring the provision of high-quality technical support and services while fostering robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The IT Contract Site Lead will collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), adherence to contractual commitments, and achievement of performance objectives.

Key responsibilities of the IT Contract Site Lead include the following:

Team Leadership:
Direct and manage a team of IT technicians, engineers, and support personnel at the designated site. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets performance targets and delivers outstanding service to clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders at the site.

Develop and sustain strong relationships, comprehend client needs and expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as necessary to uphold service excellence.

Technical Support Oversight:
Supervise the resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and issues reported by users at the site. Coordinate with the central support team and external vendors to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to verify compliance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

Resource Management:
Oversee IT resources, including equipment, software, and licenses, to effectively support site operations. Coordinate procurement, deployment, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Implement security protocols and controls to safeguard sensitive information and maintain operational continuity.
Generate regular reports on service performance, incident trends, and compliance status for internal and external stakeholders.
