About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Team Coordinator to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and medical centers.

Your primary focus will be on handling inbound and outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling, sales, and general inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in resolving their concerns and providing a positive experience.

In this role, you will also be responsible for documenting interactions using web-based technology, maintaining business relationships, and collaborating with team members across multiple departments to promote VIP customer service and patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
