  • Sell merchandise, moving, and packaging supplies, earning commission and contributing to sales growth.
  • Ensure the property is customer-ready, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Manage, verify, and balance cash drawer and prepare deposits, maintaining accurate financial records.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work outside, clean units, and maintain grounds, with a valid driver's license and vehicle/insurance.
  • Basic computer skills and physical ability to perform the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and walking large sites.
