Overview:

You will play a crucial role in developing and managing client relationships and accounts, ensuring the precise planning and execution of client programs and events. Your responsibilities will also encompass active participation in familiarization (FAM) trips and site inspection events, both in collaboration with destination teams and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement client programs and events, ensuring flawless operations.
  • Work in conjunction with destination teams to coordinate FAMs and site inspection events.
  • Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with key corporate and incentive house clients.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hotels and vendors/suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Destination Management Experience: Previous experience in destination management, including event and program sales, and/or Event Operations experience is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of three to five years of experience in event or hospitality operations.
  • Frequent travel is an essential aspect of this role.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Compensation: Salary range of 80k-105k plus a commission structure.
