This role focuses on business development in support of military operations and is contingent upon project award.

Responsibilities include crafting communication strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and executing outreach initiatives for military operations at the COCOM level. You will develop key themes, messages, and talking points to elevate awareness and comprehension of military efforts across various departments and campaign objectives. Tailored communication products will be created for diverse audiences, supporting staff and senior leadership. Collaborating within a team, you will conduct media monitoring, analyze data, and provide assessment support.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman level requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This level typically involves performing all functional responsibilities independently.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI required.

Physical Demands: The position necessitates extensive use of computing devices, including PCs or laptops. Tasks may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from screens. Adequate mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, and kneeling to fulfill daily responsibilities efficiently. Occasional climbing and working in confined spaces may be required. Candidates should be able to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations and work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be necessary, and moderate to long-distance walking could be involved due to parking constraints. Travel to other locations may also be required.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting, which may include cubicle arrangements (considerations: close quarters, moderate noise, varying lighting conditions). Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management at all levels is essential. The role does not involve unusual hazards or environmental conditions. Limited travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Equipment Utilization: Proficiency in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools is expected.

Attendance Expectations: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Punctuality and consistent attendance are vital. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with clients, management, and colleagues. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. Appropriate grooming and attire are necessary for the position, ensuring no safety risks to oneself or others. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is essential. Independent transportation to the office or work site is required, and travel to client locations may be necessary. Compliance with safety regulations, including the use of seat belts and restrictions on mobile device usage while driving, is mandatory. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check. A commitment to fostering productivity and teamwork is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. The salary range for this position is $85,000-$97,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
