Your ResponsibilitiesLocation: Remote, USA
Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide general program information.
- Assess eligibility for support programs such as Copay and Patient Assistance.
- Coordinate pharmacy-related tasks and manage order processing.
- Follow up on missing information and prior authorizations.
- Document and report adverse events as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials or underpayments.
- Utilize various communication methods to gather information.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients, addressing requests promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and report trends or delays to management.
- Ensure all communications meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with patients, providers, and internal teams to secure necessary documentation.
- Address moderate scope problems through data analysis and sound judgment.
- Maintain self-motivation while managing tasks from a queue.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service, medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration is necessary.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Strong background in customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster productive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Basic analytical capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- General knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous.
