Your Responsibilities

Location: Remote, USA

Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide general program information.
  • Assess eligibility for support programs such as Copay and Patient Assistance.
  • Coordinate pharmacy-related tasks and manage order processing.
  • Follow up on missing information and prior authorizations.
  • Document and report adverse events as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve claim denials or underpayments.
  • Utilize various communication methods to gather information.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients, addressing requests promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and report trends or delays to management.
  • Ensure all communications meet established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with patients, providers, and internal teams to secure necessary documentation.
  • Address moderate scope problems through data analysis and sound judgment.
  • Maintain self-motivation while managing tasks from a queue.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service, medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration is necessary.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster productive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous.

  • Ability to apply company policies to resolve various issues.
