Welcome to a transformative approach to education. Thrive Therapies Group was established by educators and professionals dedicated to supporting students with disabilities. We collaborate with education organizations that share our mission to provide exceptional special education instructors and clinicians for the vital work in our schools.

Participants in this cohort will engage in a research-based professional development program, which includes intensive training sessions and ongoing mentorship from leading experts in the field.

Accepted candidates will have the opportunity to choose their teaching placements from our network of partner schools and organizations, ensuring a fit that aligns with their professional goals. You will have access to a community of fellow specialists and expert mentors who will support your growth.

Qualifications:

- Valid teacher certification in TN with a special education endorsement or certification.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a case manager for students with disabilities.

- Proven ability to assist students in achieving their IEP objectives.

- Experience in delivering instruction in various group settings.

- Demonstrated success in engaging students in their learning goals and monitoring their progress.

- Strong collaboration skills with families and caregivers.

- Effective strategies for working alongside general education teachers and school staff.
