Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 based on experience
- Health Insurance: Choose from two employer-sponsored plans
- 401k: Company-matched contributions up to 5% after one year
- Profit-Sharing: Enrollment in an annual profit-sharing program after one year

Qualifications:
- Desire to be part of a high-performing team with a positive outlook

- Fluency in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Capacity to lift 75 lbs frequently
- Desire for continuous learning and skill development
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the provided scope of work and execute tasks efficiently
- Inform management of any required changes to the project scope
- Safely operate power and specialized tools
- Document all activities using job management software
- Source, order, and/or purchase materials as per project requirements and submit receipts
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Track labor activities for each job
Additional Qualifications:
- Looking for growth opportunities within the company
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field
- Experience in restoration is advantageous
- Strong customer service communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and teams to enhance quality and efficiency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Project management experience is beneficial
