Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at ESP Associates. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for overseeing large construction projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and developing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large construction projects
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Manage project risk, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
