Job Description

Summary:

The Clinical Services Director is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of patient care services at Facility Maine Behavioral Healthcare. This includes maintaining accountability for the day-to-day functions of the program, leading the team, and coordinating services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain primary accountability for the management and delivery of safe and effective patient care services.
  • Lead the team and coordinate services to ensure high-quality care.
  • Manage team members, client outcomes, workload delegation, supervision, team building, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of clinical documentation through collaboration with management.
  • Promote program sustainability by optimizing service utilization and caseload management, driving financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Maine State licensure to practice at the independent level of an LCSW, LCPC, or Ph.D. in mental health and substance abuse is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in community settings, preferably 3+ years of clinical supervisory and management experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
