Responsibilities:
- Assess patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts and infection control measures.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
- Travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Valid PA License
- Board Certified - NCCPA
- Minimum of 1 years experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
