Job Title: Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team at North Wind. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to prepare scopes of services and fee proposals for projects.
  • Provide scheduling, budgeting, design scope, quality control, and supervision of project engineers, design engineers, and engineering technicians.
  • Review and approve preliminary design drawings and design development prior to allowing the beginning of detailed project design.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare written work requests and requests for proposals for all information needed by subconsultants on each project.
  • Manage the schedule and flow of information among the design team and subconsultants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
  • Experience and success preparing design calculations and design documents (plans and specifications).
  • Ability to delegate tasks to others, design all components of a project, manage projects from inception to completion, and prioritize tasks and manage use of time both personally and other team members.
  • Proficient with civil design software, including AutoCAD, Civil3D, and stormwater design programs.
