Job Title: Civil Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Assistant Project Manager to join our team at North Wind. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of project management responsibilities and gaining exposure and training in project management.

Job Summary:

The Civil Assistant Project Manager will work closely with our project management team to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. This role will provide opportunities for growth and development, and the successful candidate will be expected to take on increasing levels of responsibility as they gain experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects
  • Gain exposure and training in project management responsibilities
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including design, coordination, and administration of projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site development or related field
  • Ability to delegate tasks to others
  • Ability to design all components of a project
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage use of time both personally and other team members
  • Strong verbal communications and technical writing skills
  • Proven ability to communicate with internal and external project team members, various stakeholders including clients, jurisdictional and utility authorities, and members of the community
