Facilities Maintenance Technician Role Overview:

  • Oversee and Manage Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders
  • Coordinate and Supervise Contractor Activities for Projects and Repairs
  • Solicit and Evaluate Bid Proposals, Process Purchase Orders
  • Conduct Troubleshooting, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance on Facility Equipment
  • Administer Ground Maintenance and Facility Contracts
  • Support Project and Shutdown Operations, Including Architectural Repairs and Enhancements
  • Create and Revise Drawings, Conduct Job Hazard Analysis
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System for Activity Documentation

Associate's Degree in a Relevant Technical Discipline

6 Years of Relevant Experience
