Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of quality for all food items, including meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy, while adhering to proper storage and waste management practices.
  • Prepare cooking stations with all necessary ingredients and tools for efficient service.
  • Execute food orders by following established recipes and presentation guidelines for grilling, broiling, and sautéing.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and refrigeration units, in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
