Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough inspections of incoming merchandise to verify compliance with quality criteria
  • Conduct visual assessments and confirm product specifications
  • Gather and evaluate data to detect patterns and potential quality challenges
  • Support the formulation and execution of quality assurance protocols
  • Record testing procedures, outcomes, and other quality-related documentation
  • Work alongside various teams to resolve quality issues and propose enhancements
  • Oversee product performance and carry out regular audits to ensure continuous compliance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
