We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Enterprise Sales Executive to join our US Property and Casualty sales team at Shift Technology. About the Role:

  • Pursue and generate new business opportunities in the insurance industry, leveraging AI-powered solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Develop effective territory and account plans to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and C-Suite Executives, showcasing expertise in AI-powered solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain product expertise across all lines of business, staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, driving business growth through innovative solutions.

About You:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets year over year, ideally with a sales cycle of 9-12 months.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B vertical software sales to Fortune 500/large enterprise customers, with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation.
  • Knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry is strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of AI-powered solutions.
  • Extensive background in negotiations, deal strategy & construction, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Drive for results with a high standard of quality, with a deep sense of accountability to yourself and your team.
