  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage the visual presentation of the store, including feature space and seasonal layouts, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Shrink and Safety: Implement and maintain shrink and safety programs to protect company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Train, observe, and coach sales associates to achieve results, and participate in the performance management process.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven retail management leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Strong inventory management skills, with experience in managing inventory levels, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment
  • Public Retail Store Setting: Work in a public retail store setting, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Climate-Controlled Environment: Work in a climate-controlled environment, with some stock rooms and outdoor areas that may not be climate-controlled.
