Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child/Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Children's Home Network. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address emotional and behavioral issues in children and adolescents.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning and ensure client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Two years of experience providing counseling and behavior modification services to children and adolescents.
  • Licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Florida or registration as a licensed intern under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Successful completion of background checks and clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
