We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our corporate operations team and drive growth across our franchise network.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. As our new Operations Director, you will be responsible for directing the Corporate Operations Advisors and Regional Operations teams to reduce account cancellations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with regional offices to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive mutual understanding and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A working knowledge of government regulations and requirements, including OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Experience with LEED requirements and certification, recycling programs, and green work environment programs a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
