Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill our Renal Transplant Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coord opening. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services and collaborate with other members of the management team to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse with a BSN required.
  • Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required.
