We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Cooper Connect. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring that we maintain our financial targets

  • Oversee the maintenance and preventative maintenance schedule for kitchen equipment
Requirements
  • 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
