Executive Chef

We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at our Westborough, MA location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our scratch kitchen restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select, train, and motivate a talented culinary staff
• Ensure the utmost in safety, health, and security procedures
• Deliver top-quality, consistent dishes to our guests
• Create a professional and enjoyable atmosphere for staff and foster their career growth

Requirements:

• High-volume experience as a Kitchen Manager (3+ years)
• Strong track record in achieving financial results
• Ability to mentor and develop people
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (a plus)
