Summary:

CTH Recruiting is in search of a skilled Community Manager to direct the daily functions of two residential properties situated in Miami Beach. This position encompasses various aspects of management including administrative tasks, financial oversight, personnel management, and maintenance coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure that resident and financial documentation is meticulously organized.
  • Financial Oversight: Guarantee precise financial reporting and effective budget management.
  • Resident Engagement: Recruit and maintain qualified residents while promoting a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Staff Management: Delegate and supervise the work schedules and responsibilities of the team.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Develop and manage maintenance initiatives and conduct property evaluations.
  • Compliance Management: Complete necessary documentation and remain informed about applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in property management, particularly in the affordable housing sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and computer proficiency. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $57,000 - $63,830.00 annually
