As an intern at RSM, you will collaborate with a diverse range of businesses across various sectors. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients by gaining insights into their operations and challenges. Interns engage in multiple team projects each year, contributing to various aspects of assignments rather than focusing on a single task. Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in a team that specializes in numerous tax areas, including income tax accounting, corporate taxation, federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, private client services, and non-profit organizations.
- Conducting tax planning and research activities.
- Preparing federal and state/local tax returns.
- Gaining an understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Completion of 90 credit hours.
- Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Major in Accounting.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed, with reliable transportation arrangements.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $31 - $36 per hour.
