About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to own and drive stakeholder development and performance across the Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) network. This high-visibility role requires a strong record of achieving results and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with XLSC program stakeholders to drive network standardization and develop solutions for gaps in the standard work process.
  • Seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind executive-level decisions.
  • Work with Field Operations to improve knowledge and safety, quality, productivity, and identify growing trends.
  • Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes.
  • Solve vague, complex problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience driving process improvements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
