Job Summary

As a Vision Center Manager L3 at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in the optical department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You will oversee the implementation of community outreach programs, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandise presentation, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and implement community outreach programs, fostering strong relationships with local organizations and promoting Walmart's commitment to the community.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of 2 or more years of college or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to analyze sales trends and implement effective sales strategies, and strong customer service skills.
