Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing boundary and topographical surveys, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements and right-of-way, research, and subdivision platting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform boundary and topographical surveys, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements and right-of-way, research, and subdivision platting.
  • Direct drafting technicians and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, drafting, and business development.
  • Manage projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Professional Licensed Surveyor, PLS.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Colorado, required.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure during employment.
  • Resident of the Front Range area, Colorado.
  • Knowledgeable with professional survey standards, codes, and survey-related procedures.
  • Prior experience directing drafting technicians and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Project management experience and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and balance multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.
