Position Overview:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to provide exceptional customer experiences during the festive season. As a representative of our renowned luxury jewelry brand, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to create memorable experiences, enhance sales, and improve service quality.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive prompt and exceptional service aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Elevate client experiences through hospitality and store amenities.
  • Perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods, such as assisting with sales, restocking POS and gift supplies, maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas, and executing POS functions.
  • Conduct individual selling ceremonies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Support inventory management and assist with special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work unconventional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail or luxury sectors or relevant customer-focused roles (hospitality, etc.).
  • Demonstrated focus on client service.
  • Team player mindset with a willingness to aid others in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the respective country of the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Spanish, and Japanese is advantageous.
