Job Title: Manager, Clinical Systems (IRT)

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and maintenance of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions for clinical trials. As a Manager, Clinical Systems (IRT), you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology suppliers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to study protocols, industry regulations, and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight to ensure IRT solutions meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, project management, and documentation in a regulated environment.
  • Support and lead projects against tight timelines, maintaining a positive disposition and clear communication.
  • Offer white-glove support to internal and external IRT users.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IRT, clinical operations, clinical supply chain, or clinical systems management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations governing clinical trial execution.
  • Expertise in vendor management, time management, organization, problem resolution, and decision-making.
