Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the department's mission to promote economic growth and community development throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with program oversight, including evaluating and analyzing administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage databases, compile annual reports, and maintain records retention.
  • Provide general office support, including purchasing and procurement.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
