The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the deployment and management of Office 365 services, including license oversight, OneDrive, Skype for Business, and Teams, particularly within a tiered administrative forest model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop system design proposals and conduct analysis and maintenance of Active Directory systems and servers, including installations and upgrades of domain controllers and operating systems.
  • Document processes and maintain primary responsibility for the implementation, management, support, and upkeep of various system software products and hardware components that constitute the enterprise's physical and virtual computing infrastructure.
  • Lead efforts in managing and supporting the systems and hardware infrastructure, ensuring availability and performance.
  • Provide round-the-clock problem management support and resolution for all applied applications and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of technical projects, while designing and managing Active Directory Services, including schema extensions, DNS management, and troubleshooting replication issues.
  • Oversee configuration and management of FSMO roles, firewall settings for domain communications, and advanced group policy administration.
  • Integrate Federation Services, including DFS, and align AD/Azure AD with diverse system platforms and related services.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Gather requirements and collaborate closely with enterprise IT architects and management to deliver secure and robust authentication solutions for all enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with a range of software tools related to support and implementation.
  • Provide consultation and knowledge transfer regarding various systems and components.
  • Exhibit a strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies through training, job experience, certifications, and industry involvement.
  • Be a collaborative team player, effectively solving problems and incorporating input from diverse sources.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicating clearly and evaluating information effectively to make informed decisions.
  • Embrace change and actively seek process improvements, supporting and driving change while addressing challenges creatively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in migrating end-user on-premise data to Microsoft OneDrive in an enterprise setting.
  • Implemented and managed PAW systems and PAM technologies for enhanced security and administrative functions.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019 administration.
  • Holds MCSE certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
  • Possesses MCSA Microsoft Cloud Platform Certification; Office 365 or equivalent education and experience.
  • Holds CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent education and experience.
  • Holds CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent education and experience.
  • Holds CompTIA Server+ certification or equivalent education and experience.
