CapB InfoteK is seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in Active Directory, Office 365 management, ADFS, SAML, Azure AD, and various authentication frameworks, alongside comprehensive Windows Server administration experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the deployment and management of Office 365 services, including but not limited to license oversight, OneDrive, Skype for Business, and Teams, particularly within a tiered administrative forest model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop system design proposals and conduct analysis and maintenance of Active Directory systems and servers, including installations and upgrades of domain controllers and operating systems.
  • Document processes and take primary responsibility for the implementation, management, support, and upkeep of various system software products and hardware components that constitute the enterprise's physical and virtual computing infrastructure.
  • Lead the management and support of systems and hardware infrastructure, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
  • Provide 24/7/365 problem management support and resolution for all operational applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive technical projects to completion, including the design and management of Active Directory Services, DNS, and advanced group policy administration.

Additional Duties:

  • Gather requirements and work closely with enterprise IT architects and management to deliver secure authentication solutions for all enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with a variety of software tools related to support and implementation.
  • Provide consultation and knowledge transfer regarding various systems and components.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in current and emerging technologies through training, job experience, certifications, and industry involvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and integrate input from diverse sources.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Utilize strong analytical problem-solving skills to communicate clearly and evaluate information for decision-making.
  • Embrace change by actively generating process improvements and creatively addressing challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in migrating end-user on-premise data to Microsoft OneDrive in an enterprise setting.
  • Implemented and managed PAW systems and PAM technologies for enhanced security and administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Windows Server 2019 administration.
  • Holds MCSE certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
  • Possesses MCSA Microsoft Cloud Platform Certification; Office 365 or equivalent educational and experiential background.
  • Holds CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Holds CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Holds CompTIA Server+ certification or equivalent experience.
