At Manhattan Psychology Group, we offer a unique opportunity for a clinical fellow to develop their skills in selective mutism treatment. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with licensed psychologists and therapists who specialize in evidence-based treatments. You will receive comprehensive training in selective mutism treatment, including didactics, consultation, co-therapy, and supervision. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and adolescents and want to develop their skills in treating selective mutism.

The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases up to $67,500 per annum at 12 months. We also offer a range of benefits, including health and welfare benefits, retirement eligibility, professional reimbursements, PTO/paid sick leave, and paid holidays. The schedule is hybrid, with 40 hours of work per week and four in-person days on Saturdays between 9am-2pm. In addition to your regular duties, you will have opportunities for professional development and growth, including community workshops, didactics, case presentations, and special projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctorate in clinical/school/applied psychology and NY permit eligibility. A minimum of three years of experience using evidence-based CBT interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD, and ADHD is required. PCIT experience and/or neuropsychological assessment experience are preferred.
