About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at Manhattan Psychology Group. As a Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD, and ADHD. You will receive comprehensive training in Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM) and be eligible for certification upon completion of two cases.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload based on patient populations, interventions, and diagnoses. They will also participate in special projects, such as working alongside pediatric practices to provide virtual office hours (screening and psychoeducation). Key Responsibilities
* Use evidence-based methods to assess and treat children, adolescents, and adults using CBT-oriented modalities
* Participate in special projects, such as working alongside pediatric practices to provide virtual office hours (screening and psychoeducation)
* Assist with clinical coordination by conducting clinical screening/consultation calls and assisting with recruitment and enrollment for group and individual services
* Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals
* Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, collateral providers, and specialists from a "Growth Mindset"

Requirements
* Doctorate in clinical/school/applied psychology and NY permit eligibility
* Minimum of 3 years of experience using evidence-based CBT interventions (CBT, PMT, ERP, PCIT) to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD, and ADHD

What We Offer
* Competitive compensation package: $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases up to $67,500 per annum at 12 months
