Senior Therapist Role in Mental Health Services

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop your skills in selective mutism treatment, including didactics, consultation, co-therapy, and supervision. You will also be eligible for certification upon completion of two cases. The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases up to $67,500 per annum at 12 months. We also offer a range of benefits, including health and welfare benefits, retirement eligibility, professional reimbursements, PTO/paid sick leave, and paid holidays. The schedule is hybrid, with 40 hours of work per week and four in-person days on Saturdays between 9am-2pm. You will also have opportunities for professional development and growth, including community workshops, didactics, case presentations, and special projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctorate in clinical/school/applied psychology and NY permit eligibility. A minimum of three years of experience using evidence-based CBT interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD, and ADHD is required. PCIT experience and/or neuropsychological assessment experience are preferred.
