About the Role

We are looking for a Fiction Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Book of the Month. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our title selection process, working closely with readers and the Editorial Director.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editorial or content development, with experience successfully managing high-functioning processes. They should be fast readers, well-versed in adult fiction, and able to communicate their taste and recommendations effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves discovering new authors and books. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $130,000.
