About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Thermal and Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our Hardware Engineering Mechanical/Thermal/Robotics (MTR) Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and thermal systems, with experience in systems integration of complex server products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative thermal and mechanical solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our servers and server racks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new server products.
  • Conduct failure analysis and solution validation for product development and fleet systems.
  • Provide mentorship and technical reviews to a team of mechanical/thermal design engineers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in mechanical design for server technologies or Data Center applications.
  • Experience in server technologies such as thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity.
  • Experience in compute and storage server architecture and design for large scale applications.
