Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to patients, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through effective communication.
- Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure an optimal patient experience.
- Minimum one year clinical acute psychiatric experience required; two years preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse - State Licensure - RN required; Basic Life Support Certification - BLS required.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
