Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum one year of clinical acute psychiatric experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree.
- Two years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to provide care to patients with diverse needs and behaviors. Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
Pay Range: $74.34 to $100.59 per hour.
