Business Development Intern

Are you looking to develop valuable business and leadership skills? Our Management Trainee Internship program is designed to provide university/college students with real-world professional experience and help them stand apart from the crowd.
As a Management Trainee Intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. You will work in a team-based environment, alongside your peers, to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Our Management Trainee Internship program is designed to provide you with the skills and experience you need to succeed in a management role. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop your business and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop skills in management, marketing, and customer service
- Work in a team-based environment to develop leadership skills
- Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
- Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled full-time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating within 2 semesters
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on record within the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
